Featured writer: Nancy Davidson

Nancy Davidson says that even when she writes fiction, it’s hard to keep food and drink out of it.

Her work has appeared in Cooking Light, Gastronomica, Gourmet, Health, epicurious.com, Imbibe, Kiwi, Relish, Saveur, and other publications. She wrote about food, wine and spirits in her monthly “Gastronome” column for Go, the in-flight magazine for AirTran Airways and covered food and drink trends for Time Out New York and the New York Post.

She is the author of the book, “Killer Ribs,” a collection of profiles, recipes and tips for barbecued ribs from North America.
